My life’s mission
In 2014, my heart broke seeing abandoned animals trembling in cold cages. That moment changed my life. What began as one act of compassion turned into a mission of love and rescue, with my husband by my side. Together, we gave voice to the voiceless and hope to the forgotten.
Since then, we’ve rescued thousands from hunger, fear, and cruelty. Each animal has a chance to heal and feel safe. Today, many depend on us to survive. Every donation turns into food, medicine, and a promise: you are not forgotten. Together, we bring hope.
We need urgent help!
The hardest part of the shelter isn’t the weak barks or hungry meows, it’s the eyes asking, “Will someone care for me?” Now, my husband Evan and I face an even bigger challenge: a 60-day notice to vacate. If we can’t pay, we’ll lose the property, and the animals will have nowhere to go.

He was found with open wounds and deep scars from abuse. Hunger and cold had left him trembling in silence, too weak to even open his eyes. With antibiotics and daily bandages. Today, his wounds have healed, and the sparkle in his eyes has returned.

When he was found, he was just skin and bones, abandoned among trash and fighting to survive. With food, care, and affection, he slowly recovered. Today, he is strong, healthy, and finally knows what it means to be loved.
Luna
She was found abandoned, severely injured, with a painful wound on her face. But with care she began healing, both physically and emotionally. Today her beauty shines through her once painful scars, a true testament to her strength and resilience.
Molly
When she was rescued, she was weak, underweight, and her paw was badly injured. She could barely stand from the pain. With treatment, food, and care, she healed. Today, she runs freely, healthy and full of joy.

Meet Rachel!
Rachel rescued her first animal in 2014, and from that moment on, she never stopped. That act of compassion gave birth to the Rachel Pet Rescue. Since then, thousands of lives have been saved from hunger, abandonment, and cruelty. Without government support, the nonprofit survives through Rachel’s daily dedication and the generosity of caring people.
Today, Rachel and her husband Evan cares for over 100 dogs and cats who depend on her for survival. She isn’t seeking recognition, just a chance to keep these animals alive. With your donation, every bowl will be filled, every wound treated, and every life will continue.
